Stouffville Medical Arts is a new four-storey medical facility in the town of Whitchurch-Stouffville. The design holistically encompasses our theories of salutogenic design by integrating design elements characterized by natural motifs. The façade design is characterized by birch tree motifs through form and materiality. Clean lines and high contrast create a striking façade that will become a cornerstone of the community. These natural elements are integrated into the interior design through natural wood tones and textures. The interior lobby design aims to create a distinct impression upon entering the facility and convey themes of healing and wellness through salutogenic design.
